SensaGlo™ N 100 is a fine-particled dispersion of ethylene glycol distearate in an aqueous solution. It is used as a pearlizing agent in shampoos, shower and bath preparations and for other pearlized formulations.Low viscosity aqueous solution (pumpable). It is a homogeneous viscous fluid and is intended for cold mixing/processing. It may be combined with most surface active substances and does not effect cosmetically active components.
As SensaGlo™ N 100 contains only non-ionic components, it is a universal product, which may be used in e.g.
- shampoos, shower and foam baths
- conditioning hair rinses
- hair gels
- Product Preparation
SensaGlo™ N 100 is mixed with all other ingredients. Mixture is stirred, until it is homogeneous. A very low viscosity in the final product may result in a gradual separation of SensaGlo™ N 100, which will settle to the bottom. In such cases suitable thickening agents should be used to adjust the viscosity.
